Cruising was also a favorite to places like the Caribbean, Alaska, Panama Canal, and New Zealand. They celebrated 67 years of marriage until Alice, the love of his life, passed away in March 2014.
George was also preceded in death by his father George Geer, his mother Martha Armstrong Ackerbloom, his stepfather Harry Ackerbloom, his very close Aunt Mary Armstrong, his much-loved son-in-law James V. Parrott and his beloved dog Misty.
